Taekwondo is the art of self-defense that originated in Korea. TaeKwonDo, combines combat and self-defense techniques with sport and exercise. ... It is distinguished from other martial arts by it's emphasis on high kicks, including spinning and jumping kicks, and fast hand techniques. Before students learn how to do these techniques it is required that they learn the importance of self discipline, respect, integrity, self-control, and indomitable spirit. These tenets are the cornerstone of Taekwondo. Students will learn to focus, concentrate, develop balance, and motor coordination in order to learn the advance techniques of this art. Their training will also target behavior development, character building, awareness of others, and self confidence. These are the necessary skills that will be required of students in order to test and complete each belt rank to the next level in their development. All tests are designed to allow instructors to evaluate the students based upon their individual abilities, encouraging students to excel to their “personal best.” Your child will love the challenge of the activity as well as the reward from testing to the next rank.

Group Personal Training

We have the highest quality when it comes to small group personal training. Each group consist of a small group 3-4 people to 1 trainer. Unlike taking classes with 30 people at a gym, we make sure that you are getting that attention that you need that is specific to your goals. Each session is an hour, which consist of cardio, strength training, functional training, muscle toning, flexibility and cool down. You will be trained in a variety of styles such as Boot Camp, Weight and Muscle Sculpting, Circuit Training, HIIT Training, and many more. Meal guides included.
