Kickin 2 Fitness is a hybrid martial arts and fitness center that provides training in both martial arts and fitness. Our mission is to help people to attain a healthier lifestyle in order to maintain balance of mind and body. We offer a range of classes in martial arts such as Taekwondo, Scenario Based Self-Defense, and Kickboxing. For fitness we offer, Boot Camp, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Kickboxing for Fitness, Yoga, Stretching for performance, Circuit Training and access to Cardio and Strength machines. Cardio and strength machines includes treadmills, ellipticals, spin bikes, functional trainers, smith machines, 700sqft of turf and more. As a part of our studio, we keep track of your fitness goals and help to keep you accountable. We also offer martial arts classes for children and the whole family. Instead of parents just dropping their child off for martial arts training, parents can enjoy the use of our gym facility while their child is training in a the martial art program. Fitness and martial arts for the whole family! During the day we also offer 1 on 1 personal training, with a certified trainer, to train you towards your fitness goals.
We also have a stretch clinic available. It is where you can get a full body stretch from one of our certified flexibilitytrainer. Getting a full body stretch can improve posture, reduce chronic back pains, increase blood flow to tissues, decrease the risk of injury, improve overall health, improve physical performance and more.

Enjoy working out 1 on 1 with one of our Personal Trainers at the time you desire. Our personal trainers track all of your workouts

            MARTIAL ARTS

Learn the art of Taekwondo that teaches Self- Discipline and Self-defense techniques for sport and exercise. It is distinguished from other martial arts by its emphasis on high kicks, including spinning and jumping kicks, and fast hand techniques. Students will learn to focus, concentrate, develop balance, and motor coordination in order to learn the advance techniques of this art.
