Martial Arts For Children

For decades now, Martial Arts has proven to help improve the academics and behavior of children throughout the United States. Here at Kickin 2 Fitness, we teach the Korean traditional art and Olympic sport of Taekwondo. Before students learn how to throw techniques, it is required that they learn the importance of self discipline, respect, integrity, self-control, and indomitable spirit. These tenets are the cornerstone of Taekwondo. As your child will learn to focus, concentrate, develop balance, and motor coordination , you will see improvement in their behavior development, character building, and self-confidence.These are the necessary skills that will be required of students in order to test and complete each belt rank to the next level in their development. Our curricullum is designed to allow instructors to evaluate the students based upon their individual abilities, encouraging students to excel to their best towards Black Belt!

KICKBOXING FOR FITNESS
